Effective October 30, 2026. The short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply, and never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email, topic, and message.
- Clinic request: your city or town, plus your ZIP code, pets, and email if you share them.
- Veterinary inquiry: your name, email, role, and anything else you add.
Please don't include sensitive personal information or medical records in a message.
How we use it
To reply to you, plan where to hold clinic days, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions, which are forwarded to our email inbox. Like most hosts, Netlify may log basic technical details such as IP address and browser type for security. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep messages only as long as they're useful, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time through our contact page.
Children
This website is for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
Online booking isn't available yet. Before we add booking, reminders, or anything else that collects new information, we'll update this policy and its effective date.
